October 10th - Deadline to register to vote: Make sure you're registered today!
October 16th - In-person early voting begins: Check if you're registered for in-person early voting.
November 1st - Last day of in-person early voting: If you're registered for early voting, make sure you cast your ballot today.
November 4th - Election Day: Check your polling place or make sure you return your absentee by-mail ballot!

The deadline to apply to serve on the proposed Mecklenburg Public Transportation Authority (MPTA) is Monday, October 13.
Charlotte residents can apply through the City’s Boards and Commissions portal, and other county residents can find details and apply on the Mecklenburg County website.
